Cancellation and Pricing Policy

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY | A credit card will be required to hold your appointment time and day for the services booked. We request a minimum 24 hours advance notice of any cancellation to avoid being charged for the full amount of service. This is for all service and treatments including sauna services.

ARRIVAL | We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled service to check in and begin your relaxation. Late arrivals will result in abbreviated service.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS | We respect the health of our guests. If you have a medical condition, we ask that you consult your physician prior to receiving spa services.

FOR YOUR COMFORT | Please leave your valuables at home and dress comfortably. The Raven Spa does not assume any responsibility for the loss of personal items.

FOR THE COMFORT OF OTHERS | Please turn off or silence cell phones and other electronic devices.

GRATUITY/TIPPING | Our highly trained therapists are here to serve you and appreciate your generosity. A typical range of gratuity/tipping is between 20-25% based on your experience and desire. We appreciate your patronage.
