SPA POLICIES

Cancellation & Rescheduling | We request 24-hour advance notice to avoid being charged the full amount of service.

Arrival | We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service to check in and begin your relaxation. Late arrivals will result in abbreviated service.

Gratuity | We recommend adding 20% gratuity to your spa services. Additional gratuity may be added for exceptional service.

Medical Conditions | We respect the health of our guests. We ask that you inform your therapist of any injuries, surgeries, medication, or medical conditions as some treatments may be contraindicated.

For your comfort | Please leave your valuables at home and dress comfortably.

For the comfort of others | Please turn off or silence your cell phones and other electronic devices.

COVID/FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS RESPONSE & SANITATION

*ILLNESS & MASKS– Please do not come to the spa if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms. We do require a 24-hour notice to avoid being charged for the full-service amount. Please be mindful of others and if you prefer to wear a mask for precaution, please feel free to do so. Your spa professional and front desk may choose to wear protective masks/gloves based on their comfort level as well.

*SANITIZED– All areas will be thoroughly disinfected before and after each spa service and high contact areas will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized throughout the day. The medical-grade sanitizer will be available for all guests and team members. The spa disinfectants are EPA-approved and certified.

*PAYMENTS– A contactless payment POS system and sanitized CC machine will be used.
